Work culture is only good(in terms of office hours only ) in corporate office Unlimited leaves- No one asks why are you taking leaves During 1st lockdown no one was terminated/no offers were retracted, and no salary was deducted even if the employee didn't worked for more than 90days

Unprofessional managers both at site and head office 100% favoritism 100% politics No relocation bonus No policy for overtime work No policy for variable payouts Very poor management -- Only fake kindness
