A Truly Positive Experience at Besedo - Avis employé Content Moderator Besedo

I had a valuable experience working at Besedo. I learned a lot during my time there, and while my specific campaign unfortunately ended, the company made a concerted effort to find me a new role. Despite my limited English at the time, Besedo tried their best to reassign me, which I truly appreciated. Ultimately, I found another opportunity, but it speaks volumes about their commitment to their employees. My manager was exceptional, highly professional and always willing to listen and provide support. The HR department was equally supportive and always open to communication. Honestly, despite the salary not being the highest, this was one of my best professional experiences in Malta. The company's focus on employee well-being and flexible work options were significant advantages. The oportunity to work remotely and from other countries of Europe, was a huge plus and a very attractive benefit.
