You can make some great friendships with some of the employees.

Inconvénients

Poor pay, terrible management, incredibly high turnover, no communication, lack of training, catty environment, etc.

Unprofessional, sorority culture, not financially stable, no growth opportunity. Too many cons to list but typical toxic workplace.
