the corporate style teaching environment is cool if you want to stay in education but considering that the interior quality of branches have deteriorated so much over the past few years without fixes it's hard to predict where this goes

You have to repeatedly ask for salary and even then its not guaranteed if you'll get full or partial payment. No proper structure, no organised departments, and you often end up doing other people's job on top of yours due to low retention. No benefits Six working days and they STILL demand that you work from home after work or on sunday if asked Clients are often unhappy with the management so atmosphere is always tense
