Avantages
Everyone at Beneplace is extremely kind and helpful. My training has helped me develop and expand my skill set. I learned a lot about the Benefits Industry. Management allows you to work remotely (within reason) and/or have a flexible schedule. I am not micromanaged (huge plus!). The PTO program is definitely a win, especially for those with kids, and those who simply need to take some personal time.
Inconvénients
Hard to say, all of my expectations have been met and/or surpassed. It's a start-up environment, so if you are not accustomed to ambivalence and change, this might not be for you. In the long-term, it's a bit challenging identifying career goals in relation to the company when its direction is uncertain.
