      Air conditioned plant floor when it works

      Inconvénients

      Use to be a good place to work, but bullying and a culture of fear runs rampant in the plant led by new plant manager. If you are hourly, you are just a number to him. Inconsistent hours. Never ending overtime and then 32 hour weeks.

      Avantages

      The people I work with are amazing. Christmas shutdown.

      Inconvénients

      Benefits are being killed. 5 sick days removed without compensation. Spouses with another job you must pay $100 more monthly for insurance. Now 5 days back in the office. No flexibility even for highest rated employees. Annual raises 50% below market average.
