      Operators are great to work with

      Inconvénients

      *Ins sucks pay to much for it and you pay to much out of pocket when you use it. *you can't trust anyone in a management position

      Avantages

      The people I work with are amazing. Christmas shutdown.

      Inconvénients

      Benefits are being killed. 5 sick days removed without compensation. Spouses with another job you must pay $100 more monthly for insurance. Now 5 days back in the office. No flexibility even for highest rated employees. Annual raises 50% below market average.
