      Avantages

      Decent pay and good benefits including fantastic PTO policy. Schedule was also good including long weekends. Close coworkers

      Inconvénients

      Upper management does not listen well. They take things that work and try to change them. Moving up in the company seemed to not happen often.

      Company made you feel like you were appreciated. Great team to work with. Good benefits offered.

      Inconvénients

      Not many I can think of, unless you don't enjoy a customer service type environment.

      Avantages

      You can find coworkers that you will make friends with for life. Appreciation shown by Residents who noticed your changes and hard work.

      Inconvénients

      Management changes their tune every 20 minutes it seems. Policies or expectations always change depending on who is speaking to you. Clear biases against you or fellow team members can be clearly shown and done by your Regional, and you can be given disciplinary measures based on hearsay with no true investigation done into their accusations. They will bring you in to make it seem like things are great but then when you really get in they show their true colors. This management company is a Wolf in Sheeps clothing.
