      Work with some very talented people. Decent benefits and pay.

      Inconvénients

      Systems and tools can be difficult to get data. Need better work instructions and guidance to perform basic job functions. Need better and easier access to Corporate SME.

We regularly introduce new training programs in Benchmark U to meet the needs of our workforce.       Avantages

      Floor production staff is awesome; office staff not so much. Average blah company.

      Inconvénients

      Managers are poorly trained. Cheap salaries. Very poor work culture- ignores holidays, employee picnic/ get-togethers. Burdensome non-value work.

      Avantages

      Met some good people while there that are still friends.

      Inconvénients

      Extremely difficult to suggest changes and being taken seriously. Benchmark is stuck on its hiring process. Where a piece of paper is worth more than experience.
