      Avantages

      nonprofit work does look good on a resume. good experience for entry level out of college person to learn how to work with a diverse population.

      Inconvénients

      poor environment for employees. no long term planning and lack of transparency with employees. roles not defined and leadership is a bit unprofessional overall.
