Avantages
Open door policy with managers and they are approachable. Generally one has the right tools to work with including a CRM as Salesforce.
Inconvénients
It is all about numbers and it seems that this focus on "numbers", be they quota, sales funnels, etc. tends to obscure one's other achievements.
