      Avantages

      I like that each client has their own RBT and a schedule. The data collection system used is easy to manage and has tons of materials ready for use. The staff are super helpful.

      Inconvénients

      I think there needs to be some more communication between the management and the staff in regards to client progress and goals. Hours are variable depending on the client

      Avantages

      You can get a lot of experience if you have great communication skills. A lot of the employees are very easy-going and great to work with.

      Inconvénients

      Work place drama is very easy to get into.
