      Avantages

      Good starting point for RBTs. They are consistent about updating treatment plans and explaining everything thoroughly. If you live near the offices then you have access to the printer and other materials you might need.

      Inconvénients

      If the center does not have the item for a client, you have to purchase it yourself. They tend to pay lower than other places. Raises are extremely low. Not a lot of career growth opportunities,

      Had great BCBAs who were always ready to collab and treated their clients with respect as well as respected me as the RBT on their cases.

      Avantages

      You get to work alongside amazing Behavior Analysts who care about you and the clients. Amazing place to gain experience.

      Inconvénients

      No room to grow with a $1 raise yearly.
