We’re sorry to hear that your experience as an RBT with our team didn’t meet your expectations. We recognize the importance of stability, supervision, and support in our field. We take pride in being recognized in the community for providing BCBA support that often exceeds what is required by the Behavior Analysis Certification Board. However, we are continually evaluating our practices to ensure every RBT receives the same quality of supervision and guidance.
