Regarding information sharing, there are daily Engagement Team meetings where project leads share updates and developments on the project. The Service Lines hold monthly team meetings to share their updates with the team and Development managers are available at any time for more personal, individual meetings/information sharing. In addition, there are regular local practice and firmwide meetings that provide updates on what’s going on within the local practice and across the firm on areas such as company performance, new wins, innovation, industry recognition and culture-related activities including D&I, CSR, Ways of Working etc. These meetings are scheduled in your calendar well in advance.
