Avantages

Great people and support in reaching career goals and development. Management does a great job of communicating with all of the employees regarding any issues or changes. Everyone gets along with each othet and there are many bright and talented people working in the company.

Inconvénients

Lack of networking opportunities..compensation..no tuition reimbursement..work life balance. Career path is not defined and you end up doing many generalist type of work coming in as a college graduate. Those who cry and whine get noticed and those who derserve to get promoted faster then others usually dont because management feel they havnt been at the company long enough. Its hard to get into the field of work that you really want to get into because of the lack of yraining opportunities or management dont want to take the time to train somebody. Performance review is done by someone that doesnt even work on the same project as you.

I loved working there when I did.

It had too much debt in the end.

Avantages

Good pay, good location, other employees are good to work with.

Inconvénients

This organization is deeply mismanaged. The four U.S. partners are consistently at odds with one another and unable to collaborate, often dragging employees into their conflicts. The lead U.S. partner regularly makes inappropriate, sexist remarks, despite being a father to daughters, creating a hostile environment. Employees are encouraged to report issues to HR, but concerns are routinely dismissed, and no meaningful action is taken. Speaking up only puts a target on your back, several employees who voiced concerns were included in subsequent rounds of layoffs. The global leadership team is fully aware of the ongoing dysfunction, especially at the partner level, yet chooses to ignore it in favor of their own career advancement. This lack of accountability at every level makes for an incredibly toxic and demoralizing workplace.
