Avantages

Pipeline is quite good and the US team is fine.

Inconvénients

Leadership is Chinese, with very little cross-cultural experience, and it shows. Their expectations are off and they have very little experience outside their company, so very close minded. They don't understand the US market, and don't understand the value US employees bring to the company. Work-life balance sucks because of time zone differences. Very high employee turnaround.
