      nice coffee, big company to work for and lots of opportunities, gemans are little difficult to work with but there are good ones

      Inconvénients

      one company model. the ceo ran tmo into the ground and the board need to watch all his move to make sure he does not do the same with bayer

      Avantages

      I met some really great people there. I felt like I was truly a part of something bigger than myself. Loved the goal... health for all, hunger for none. I mentored some brilliant minds, and I am honored to have been there to support them.

      Inconvénients

      If the team you're working with likes you, you're golden. If you do things a little differently but can still achieve good results, it will not be enough. Basically, fit in or they will find clever ways to get rid of you, like putting you in charge of a project that you have little-to-no experience working on, and then terminate you when things aren't 100% better.
