      The company has a strong heritage & successful products. It has a strong brand name that is valuable to be on your experience.

      Inconvénients

      Unfortunately, the company has very few future products in its pipeline. Opportunity for growth is limited & employee performance evaluation & recognition is low. Salary is somehow below industry average.

      Avantages

      Bayer sounds great - "health for all, hunger for none". and "dynamic shared ownership". There are some truly amazing people working at Bayer.

      Inconvénients

      But it's "health for all, hunger for none" and "dynamic shared ownership" are bogus. So many people who embraced DSO were let go for voicing their opinions. The toxic leaders made the decisions, and the organization was not truly ready for Bill Anderson's call to action. It's profits first, not people. I believed - but it saddens me to write that I was wrong.
