Avantages
Team is consisted of recent college grads to some people with few years work experience. If you are young, you have the opportunity to have some cool co-workers who make the most out of the situation. Good job to start off a career if you don't have a lot of work experience and want to build up a resume as a contractor at a major tech company. Sales support position enabled me to work with inside sales reps and account managers who would provide nice bonus' once in a while.
Inconvénients
The management within Bay Area Tech Workers have very bad communication tactics which causes a lot of negativity and rumors to float around. Some of the sr. managers as well as some leads may not have the best technical skills on the job but got their promotion by being favorites and being brown-nosers. This causes negative energy as some of the analysts may have better skills and can learn leadership skills if true, hard work was being recognized. Compensation is fairly low for the amount of work that has to be done at times.
