      1. Good opportunity for beginner 2. Decent Salary package across industry. 3. Flexible working hours. 4. Good Employee benefits. 5. Professional work environment. 6. Digital work environment.

      Inconvénients

      1. Poor team management 2. Implementation of new things without proper impact assessment 3. Low support to new employee on ground level. 4. After duty hours employee need to work from home also. 5. No proper training for new employee. 6. Less support from supervisor to perform given work. 7. Slow personal growth.

      Avantages

      Easy work and only 8 hour shifts

      Inconvénients

      They are understand but expecting you to work with three people. Also, they are starting to take away benefits, but not giving anything back. Also, they just changed our hours very odd hours that took an hours pay from everybody. They don’t offer even a bonus anymore for the lower employees only the upstairs people get the bonuses.
