Highest turnover rate I have ever seen - Avis employé Pharmacy Technician Baxter

Horrible management, very high turnover due to bad management as well as overworking employees (some would start as early as 3am and finish at 6pm, and evening shift went 5+hours overtime), no sleep days if you work overtime, poor training, lack of trainers, favouritism from the managers to towards people from their home country, poor pay for the amount of work, employees (mostly new people who are unfamiliar with labour laws) are too scared to unionise and get better pay for fear of retaliation, physically taxing to the point that most people have some sort of leg or hand related injuries
