      Supportive onboarding experience. Friendly and approachable colleagues. Opportunities to learn. Good initial work-life balance.

      Inconvénients

      Still getting acclimated, so haven’t seen the full picture yet. Many of the projects I've encountered so far are acquisitions from different companies resulting in a variety of inherited processes and tools. There is a need for better streamlining and standardization across these systems

      Avantages

      Easy work and only 8 hour shifts

      Inconvénients

      They are understand but expecting you to work with three people. Also, they are starting to take away benefits, but not giving anything back. Also, they just changed our hours very odd hours that took an hours pay from everybody. They don’t offer even a bonus anymore for the lower employees only the upstairs people get the bonuses.
