Avantages
It is a great industry and there are very knowledgeable people that work in the facility. The job offers a lot of insight into the pharmaceutical industry and can open a lot of avenues to other jobs.
Inconvénients
It is a manufacturing facility which limits the the skills that can be developed. The corporate structure makes it difficult to accomplish tasks at times an decisions take a long time to be made due to multiple approval levels.
