      Avantages

      There are some great people here that get taken advantage of.

      Inconvénients

      Runs way too lean. Everyone is super stretched thin and stressed. The expectation is to work nights and weekends. Leadership knows and nobody cares. Work Life balance is non existent. "Restructuring" basically means firing a bunch of people and making others who are overwhelmed do there job. There is zero investment in R and D or the future. This makes many feel that Joe is selling the company off.

      Great place to work. Overall truly enjoyed my time at Baxter.

      Avantages

      Easy work and only 8 hour shifts

      Inconvénients

      They are understand but expecting you to work with three people. Also, they are starting to take away benefits, but not giving anything back. Also, they just changed our hours very odd hours that took an hours pay from everybody. They don’t offer even a bonus anymore for the lower employees only the upstairs people get the bonuses.
