      Great company to work for, highly regarded in the global pharmaceutical industry. Pay is excellent as well as benefits for health and investment plans.

      Inconvénients

      Long hours, not enough upper management engagement. Upper management needs to be more engaging with individuals working under them.

      Nothing to gain here for growth

      Inconvénients

      *Constant pressure of management. *Zero to little training. *Always rushing people and not letting them voice their opinion. *Toxic workplace environment with no growth in career. *Certain individuals pressured to learn machinery and important paperwork while others do less and get the same compensation. *Mistakes due to workload and burnout heavily punished. *6 day workweeks constantly *No direct support from management. *Shortage of people in all departments.
