      Avantages

      Salary, nice areas, good colleagues, thanks God otherwise nothing else

      Inconvénients

      Not a bestplace to work, just fake, no evolution, money is better than people

We couldn't agree more, we too, feel lucky every day to be surrounded by such wonderful and talented people with like-minded objectives, We also appreciate the mention of Baxter's great facilities. We are sorry though, to hear, you did not find it a best place to work, that is disappointing to hear. Thanks for sharing, all feedback is important to us, even the hard ones as that is how we strive to make improvements.

      Avantages

      Was a great company 5 years ago. Declined heavily in the last 3 years. Way too many lay offs and restructuring.

      Inconvénients

      Favoritism. Manager has no answers looks to someone they manage for answers. This person gatekeeps information and is overall toxic. Contradictory instructions. Managers will rely on bad information and then different managers will give you conflicting orders. If you try to go to the upper managers they will terminate you and lie about it. You could be asked to solve problems you were not hired for.
