      a larger company with more area to move when your not satisfied with your Position

      Inconvénients

      Management does not like you to move up the ladder wants you to stay where your at - The reduction of individual thinking more like a "Lemming Factor" to stay in line, do what the everyone else is doing this is the new thinking at Baxter.

      Really good pay, good management, company car, and overall decent work life balance.

      Inconvénients

      None that I can think of.

      Avantages

      Nothing to gain here for growth

      Inconvénients

      *Constant pressure of management. *Zero to little training. *Always rushing people and not letting them voice their opinion. *Toxic workplace environment with no growth in career. *Certain individuals pressured to learn machinery and important paperwork while others do less and get the same compensation. *Mistakes due to workload and burnout heavily punished. *6 day workweeks constantly *No direct support from management. *Shortage of people in all departments.
