Avantages

They pay well (if you aren't a contractor). The office is pretty. The environment is relaxed. They motivate you to always learn more.

Inconvénients

Un poco machista la cultura de las personas. Pero es mas un reflejo de la sociedad Jalisciense que de la compañia.

Avantages

Easy work and only 8 hour shifts

Inconvénients

They are understand but expecting you to work with three people. Also, they are starting to take away benefits, but not giving anything back. Also, they just changed our hours very odd hours that took an hours pay from everybody. They don’t offer even a bonus anymore for the lower employees only the upstairs people get the bonuses.
