      I've gained a lot of valuable experience.

      Inconvénients

      Leadership became too political. There is poor integration between the manufacturing, process and quality areas.

      Really good pay, good management, company car, and overall decent work life balance.

      Inconvénients

      None that I can think of.

      Avantages

      Easy work and only 8 hour shifts

      Inconvénients

      They are understand but expecting you to work with three people. Also, they are starting to take away benefits, but not giving anything back. Also, they just changed our hours very odd hours that took an hours pay from everybody. They don’t offer even a bonus anymore for the lower employees only the upstairs people get the bonuses.
