      Avantages

      The work environment was excellent—everyone was kind and supportive, and management trusted employees to do their jobs without micromanaging. It made for a positive and professional atmosphere.

      Inconvénients

      I don’t have any cons to mention because my experience in this position was genuinely positive. The work environment was supportive, respectful, and made me feel valued throughout my time there.

      Avantages

      Easy work and only 8 hour shifts

      Inconvénients

      They are understand but expecting you to work with three people. Also, they are starting to take away benefits, but not giving anything back. Also, they just changed our hours very odd hours that took an hours pay from everybody. They don’t offer even a bonus anymore for the lower employees only the upstairs people get the bonuses.
