      Avantages

      Bauer Controls is a small company that takes care of their employees. Management is involved and understands the jobs of the people they manage.

      Inconvénients

      Because they are a small company there is no upward movement possible inside the company. They do try to compensate workers with additional pay but the only way to really take a step up is to move on to something else.

      Avantages

      Small company with good work life balance. High degree of independence and autonomy in your work. One of the nicest bosses I have ever had.

      Inconvénients

      Be prepared to travel allot. Its great if you want to see the world or get bored of sitting in a cubical all day.
