      Poor Management Disorganized Overworked and No Work/Life Balance Long Commutes This company has a very strong "learn by doing" approach to employees and as a young professional this can be very challenging. Not enough time or effort put into teaching, forced to do work at a higher level than we are being paid for and little to no recognition when a job is well done.

      Avantages

      My favorite place to work. Felt like a family. Didn’t ever feel micromanaged. Felt very empowered.

      Inconvénients

      The only cons I can give are those that you get with smaller companies - not a lot of room for growth and pay wasn’t the best.
