They don't provide basic facilities needed in the work place like- -Desk was provided but chairs weren't provided - use your own laptop your own internet for doing company work - basic amenities like drinking water wasn't even provided - chairs were provided for HR, DGM and clients others had to sit on the ground or borrow chairs from other company guys. Sales employees have to report to the office at 9:30 but the office used to open at 10:30 so we had to wait in front of office for about an hour. They don't have any leads to work on we had to ask for disqualified leads from friends working for competitors. An associate manager will have to do everything from distributing leaflets to generating leads to calling to client visits to delivering the product. They management is like a frog in the well... they think they are the best and they know nothing about the competitors... They provided training after 1 month of joining and all they did in the training was saying we are the best and byju's is the worst... and for giving such baseless training they have 2 trainers. The company can fire you anytime based on their mood swings... doesn't matter what position you are in and how are you working...
