      Avantages

      Nothing nice to say about anything. No annual raises, no annual reviews, if you pretty and young you might get a raise. If your threaten to quit before convention you'll get a raise. Ask any of the graphics group.

      Inconvénients

      Get a clue, management sucks. You can't go to management classes in your own management company classes. YOU LEARN NOTHING FROM YOURSELF!!!!
