Avantages
Small startup. Fun industry. Travel opportunities. Feels good to do something for the troops.
Inconvénients
Lack of leadership. The two bosses are never on the same page. Terrible culture, formation of exclusive groups within such a small company leaves those excluded feeling as if they are not valued team members. No communication.
