      Avantages

      some of the employees and customers were wonderful. Free food occasionally to "thank you" for good work

      Inconvénients

      where should I begin. you have three people telling you three different ways they want things done. you get yelled at by same three people for not doing it they way "they" told you. Get pulled in office telling you what a wonderful job you are doing and what an asset you are to the company and get fired three weeks later. you will get cussed at, here rude comments, talk about previous employee like a dog. lied on...heed my warning...bunch of two faced people there...dishonest

      If you really think about it there’s no pros.

      Inconvénients

      The other employee reviews were spot on about what happened, you had different people telling you how to do things in different ways and would get mad if you didn’t do it their way. Even when you knew how to fix the issue and fixed it all the way, they’d get mad because you didn’t do it the “Barineau way” which is some lame way of saying doing it the longer and harder way to get the same or worse result. No commissions, you can sell a $16k+ unit and only make $50 off of it. If you’re looking for a place where you can only make hourly because you’re not good at selling, then this is the place for you. Honestly expected so much more from this company.
