Avantages
management and staff get along, good food at the restaurant and customer and staff have a good rapport. Good location and venue.
Inconvénients
no parking, have to pay to park car and management stays on premises all the time, watching and passing comments to other staff members about where a person is going wrong with their work , whereas they should tell them directly themselves.
