Avantages
I can really only speak for my department, but I’ve experienced a lot of professional growth under the current management. Leadership is supportive, open to new ideas, and encourages development.
The bank also isn’t afraid to invest in both people and technology, which creates a solid foundation for innovation and efficiency. Across the organization, people are genuinely kind, welcoming, and easy to work with, which makes a big difference in day-to-day collaboration and morale.
Inconvénients
Like any organization of this size, change can take time, and communication between departments isn’t always perfect. Some processes can feel slower than they need to be due to layers of approvals. However, these challenges are fairly common in banking and this does not seem to impact my department much.
