      Avantages

      Some good development opportunities, quite easy to get promotions. Some very good new appointments of staff!

      Inconvénients

      Oldies need to go, too many people clinging to the past and it’s going to sink this bank. Salaries are pathetic. The lending team is an absolute mess with a super high turnover which puts lots of pressure on other areas of the bank.

      They provided steady employment without feeling like I would be laid off.

      Inconvénients

      Too involved and too many social events outside of normal working hours for the salary offered.
