      CIO and the Director of IT are open to ideas and communicate well. They were competent, informative and encouraging. Overall great managers and leaders.

      Sales driven organization that 50% of the time would change direction based off of a sales persons gut feelings not by the results of a business case or feasibility study

      Avantages

      Best reasons to work here is learning how to do background checks on individuals.

      Inconvénients

      The downsides of working here are the people in management especially the team lead. There is no proper training.. You sit and Write on papers all day. Supposedly, this prepares you for the computer. The team lead is loud,rude, and intimidating. She answer your question with a question and has an attitude.she is a snitch, will tell the boss everything. The team lead is the reason for a tense environment. Before I started there had already been 5 employees before me. This is the reason for the high turnover.
