      Hybrid work arrangement, accessible office locations

      Inconvénients

      - Long lengthy recruitment process where the recruiter sometimes messages you in whatsapp in undesirable hours. - Poor resource and project planning leading to no work life balance - As previous reviews mentioned, didnt find the organisation Agile at all. - During my exit interview, the HR person shared another leaver’s feedback on one of the managers to my surprise. Thought these things were confidential?

      Avantages

      One of the best jobs I've ever had. Unfortunately my role got cut due to layoffs but I would have stayed here for years if that weren't the case. Great autonomy to employees, great collaboration, communication and organization. Good leadership.

      Inconvénients

      Unexpected rounds of layoffs, but it was the case in tech for a while.
