      Avantages

      No positive moments. Disrespect to people and customers

      Inconvénients

      Management have no connection to Engineering. Fired hundreds people that work for years to them with minimal possible compensation. Fake interviews. No respect to people. AI in the company doesn't work but they follow rule fake it till you make it, fooling their customers

      Avantages

      One of the best jobs I've ever had. Unfortunately my role got cut due to layoffs but I would have stayed here for years if that weren't the case. Great autonomy to employees, great collaboration, communication and organization. Good leadership.

      Inconvénients

      Unexpected rounds of layoffs, but it was the case in tech for a while.
