I found a quarter in the hallway on the way to the bathroom once

I had no training. The case management department is a huge mess. I keep getting told I’m doing a great job, even though I just sit around twiddling my thumbs. 50 cases is not a lot. I have been here for over a year now. I feel like I could handle more cases but the CHo (C-level executive) of the company tells me if she gives me more they’ll have to give everyone else more and the outsourced case managers from India won’t be able to handle more because they are at their limit. What!! 50 cases is nothing! I was told other GA’s have their case managers do at least 120 cases per person. What are they doing over there in India?
They provide the worst health insurance. Doesn’t pay for anything. One doctor’s visit to my primary care physician was $800 for a checkup with this insurance. I’ve never heard of such a thing! WTF!!!
Presidents (C-level) of the company will say they’re not making money from this business but are living in multimillion dollar houses and are always on vacation. I work in house everyday and I have not seen one of the presidents in over 6 months.
President lets employees make smelly eggs and bacon in the microwave on a daily basis. The break room stinks for hours afterward. It’s unbearable!
Beware, no one wears masks here. When I asked the presidents why and told them everyone should be wearing masks, they yelled at me and threatened to fire me. I don’t think this is a good place to work.
