The management structure of B2W Group creates an open and inclusive workplace. The Group CEO, Directors, SMT, Line managers, operational and all support staff work well together and make time for each other. The directors and managers leading by example and investing their time to ensure teams are treated well, supported, enabled, and motivated to provide a great service to our customers/learners. I write about what they do and am proud to articulate the impact they have on people’s lives. B2W Group is ambitious and growing, through a strategic plan that has been well thought out to ensure services and staff are connected and supported through the existing group structure. There is robust induction, staff training and CPD processes which ensure everyone understands the companies values, processes. That staff skills and knowledge remain current and training for development is provided.
