Avantages
The people I work with are all good people Everyone has a "This job sucks but we're in it together attitude" which I find a pro.
Inconvénients
Minimum Wage/ Raises are a joke. Max hours I have ever received as a Back of House Associate is 26 with full availability. Not a job you can raise a family on, let alone pay bills.
