Management is transparent and honest. People are friendly and helpful. It is led by people that care.

The only negatives are those that are typical to any Engineering firm (occasional overtime, difficult deadlines, etc), although the management team tries to keep it to a minimum.

It is a good company. People are willing to help you and there is a good support structure.

Lots of people work from home, which could be attractive to full timers but as a co-op its hard to get to know people and find work.
