      Avantages

      You will learn a lot from colleagues. There is a buddy system. Good compensation and benefits.

      Inconvénients

      Workload is heavy, cannot be done within 8hrs so you have to render an overtime. No concrete process flow. You will figure out most of the process on your own.

      Avantages

      The owner cares a great deal about her employees. The company has been around for over 60 years. Employees generally stay for a very long time.

      Inconvénients

      The company has a very difficult-to-work-with client base. Most of which are in the car dealership industry. There is also some head-butting in leadership.
