      Avantages

      Good benefits package and perks, though several starting to get reduced/cut The remaining associates are still generally really good people

      Inconvénients

      Not what you know, but who you know - makes it difficult to move up in job group Limited growth opportunity in several functions that have been relocated to TX Poor transition planning resulting in less efficient processes "Transformations" essentially resulted in same or more work with less people Management and product development reactionary, not proactive

      Avantages

      There really aren't any. Incredibly toxic culture all the way down. BD used to be a great and supportive place to work but that is no more.

      Inconvénients

      Very toxic culture. Management all the way down is either abusive or or flat out incompetent. We are told to essentially ignore our own code of conduct policies and ethics to the point where all qualified and competent performers have been run off by tyrant middle managers who can essentially do whatever they want or being saddled with the work of 3 people. You will not be valued here. The morale is at bottom and everyone is looking to leave the sinking ship.
