Avantages
The company has a pleasant office and a good working culture. The office is also easily reachable by public transport. The work life balance is excellent and social events are common and enjoyable.
Inconvénients
Employee development program is not ideal. Bonus and salary mechanism is not transparent. The career prospects are limited and heavily depend on timing.
